SAILING IN CROATIA
Croatia has over 6270km of coastline, 1240 islands islets and the occasional reef, offers hot dry summers with an enjoyable Mediterranean climate. The prevailing Summer wind is the Maestral, with a local Bora that may blow for a few days then disappear again until the winter month (September through to May).
Sitting on the Adriatic Sea, popular charter holiday destinations feature Dubrovnik, Zagreb and Split as perhaps the most well known. The islands are fabulous to explore and Croatia boasts over 300 free wifi hotspots, so keeping in touch with those that aren’t with you enjoying your Summer sailing can still keep up with you.

Just a note of caution, the marinas can be very expensive and some anchorages are chargeable to.
