Skiathos, Skopelos, Skyros and Alonnisos with lots of smaller uninhabited islands around them. Beautiful, largely unspoilt, quiet and serene.
Look out for Monk Seals, Dolphins and flying fish. Not the easiest of islands to get to but well worth the visit.
