Choice always makes it difficult.
Spain has choice in abundance, but not all destinations are suitable for all sailors so that at least helps you to make the right choices when considering Spain for a sailing holiday. The Atlantic coast, or gentler Mediterranean coast
North Spain, La Coruna, Gijion, Santander, stronger winds and big swells, not for the novice or reticent spouse.
South Spain, Cadiz, Marbella, Malaga, good sailing, great sightseeing.
East Spain, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, interesting places steeped in history.
Then of course the Balearics, Majorca, Minorca, Ibiza and Formentera, each very different from the other, each with it’s own charm and reputation.Lovely bays in all locations,
Euro currency, guaranteed sunshine, May to October. Easy to get to, lovely to sail.
